REMINDERS BEFORE PURCHASING
1. Not all variations and designs are the same so what you'll get is definitely unique and highly personalized!
2. Colors may slightly differ from the photos due to screen setting or lighting used.
3. Because this is handmade, please expect some imperfections like micro bubbles. It is normal but we always do our best to make them barely visible to none at all!
4. If you decide to have white flowers in your design, note that it is normal for it to have a yellowish tint due to the flower's chemical reaction with resin.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All products are made-to-order. Kindly give us 5 - 15 days to make your order/s as resin takes at least 48 hours to cure. For better results, strictly no rushing of orders. We will make sure that this beauty is worth the wait.
2. This order form will be interpreted as accepting this sale in writing.
3. We will proceed crafting your orders once payment is settled - either in partial or in full.
RETURN POLICY
No cancellation of orders or return for shipped products once we start production as most of these creations are our buyer's request. We only allow repairs on buyer's courier expense.
For your peace, we always make sure to update you frequently so you get to see your items beforehand.
